About Me
I am a Computer Science student at Southern New Hampshire University, with an expected graduation in 2026. I also graduated from Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School, where I focused on Programming and Web Development.
My technical expertise spans programming languages including C++, C#, Java, JavaScript, and Python, as well as web technologies such as HTML and CSS. I am also skilled in computer hardware, networking, desktop support, 3D modeling, and web design, and I am proficient with tools like Microsoft 365, Excel, Tableau, WordPress, and RapidWeaver. I hold multiple certifications, including the Google IT Support Professional Certificate, Unity Certified User: Programmer, and IT Specialist – HTML and CSS.
As an Information Technology Support Specialist / IT Technician at RYCOMM LLC, I provide technical support through phone, email, remote access, and on-site service. My responsibilities include configuring, installing, and troubleshooting desktops, laptops, monitors, and network printers, troubleshooting software and network issues, managing IT inventory, implementing Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and contributing to web development and digital marketing projects.
Beyond technical work, I have been involved in extracurricular and community activities. I have participated in the Business Professionals of America (BPA) competitions, earning finalist placements in Web Design and Word Processing, and I serve as an Advisory Board Member for the Programming and Web Development program at Diman Regional Vocational Technical High School. Additionally, I volunteer at the Forever Paws Animal Shelter, assisting with shelter operations and animal care.
